A Little Monday Survey

It's Monday.  Yeah, I feel the same way.

I saw this short survey on The Broke and The Bookish and thought it would be fun to fill out.  Here goes:


1. Book I'm Currently Reading

The Light Between Oceans by M. L. Stedman -

I'm only about 1/4 of the way through, but so far I am really enjoying it.  It takes place in 1926 in Australia, two settings I don't often have a chance to read. 



2. The Last Book I Finished

I finished these back to back this weekend, so I'm listing them together.  Both are amazing by the way.  I should have reviews for them soon.  But if you get a chance, read The Chaos Walking series.  Seriously amazing.

I recently checked out a bunch of books from the library, so I'm on a deadline.  LOL.  According to my list this is my next book due.

4. The Last Book I Bought

I'm not much of a book buyer since I don't have a lot of room for more books, but I did go to Powell's in Portland, Oregon this past weekend.  Powell's is a huge new/used bookstore in downtown Portland.  It is a whole city block.  It's like catnip for bookreaders.  It's magical, really.  Anyways, I picked up some favorites of mine:
