This is a sweet and touching book about a service dog named Tuesday who helps a wounded vet with his injuries and PTSD. I felt it was very well written to help children understand the role of a service dog, but also to help them have empathy for veterans. The pictures are very nice and show Tuesday's various roles. I also liked that it is narrated by Tuesday.

This book was adorable and perfect for Halloween. Little Boo starts out as a seed and really wants to scare people, but first he had to be patient and grow into a pumpkin. I loved the whimsical illustrators. They really stand out and are very memorable. The story is also very cute and I think children can relate to having to be patient. This was my 4 year old daughter's favorite.

This is kind of the perfect book for kids that are maybe a little scared of dragons (like my daughter). The dragon is very cute and non-threatening, especially when he lets out a roar, doesn't realize he was making the noise and thinks there is a monster in the woods. He becomes scared and gathers up his friends to help him be brave. The illustrations are very bright and colorful and the story is short and simple. I think this would be perfect for younger toddlers, but older kids may also like "roaring" with the dragons and his friends.
