About the Book:
Sleep disorders plague a frightening percentage of the population, and many people who have problems sleeping simply learn to live with their affliction. But at what cost? Sleep disorders can affect all aspects of life, from school and work to personal relationships to mental health. Because of the myriad types of sleep disorders and the equally numerous treatment methods, there is no quick fix for all suffers.

Master Your Sleep is for those who are looking for answers. Dr. Tracey Marks explains how and why we sleep and delves into the many types and potential causes of sleep disruption. Master Your Sleep will help readers understand their sleep patterns and provides an extremely through exploration of potential treatments, from herbal and prescription medications to a variety of therapies. From the simple to the complex, Dr. Marks explains the potential risks and benefits found in all treatment methodologies.

Master Your Sleep is an invaluable addition to the libraries of those who suffer from sleep disorders and family members of sufferers. Stop "living with" your sleep disorder and take action to end it.

My Thoughts:
Master Your Sleep was a great informative book. It has two main parts, understanding sleep and sleep solutions. I loved reading the part about understanding sleep because it told me everything I needed to know about how much sleep is appropriate for every member of my family, the results of not getting enough sleep, and some main causes of sleep loss. The sleep solutions were just as great. Many of them are things I was able to put to work immediately to help me sleep better. Because I am pregnant, a mother and a student sleep is usually hard to find time for but with these simple tips I am now not only getting more sleep, but better sleep. Master Your Sleep also has some great ideas on how to get your children to sleep better and/or at more regular times.

Master Your Sleep is a great book to read cover to cover or to use as a reference for all your sleep questions. I highly recommend making it part of your library.

4 out of 5 Robots!

About the Book:
Kate Woodbridge has spent most of her life sailing to exotic ports around the globe, acquiring an expertise in botany, along with a few less ladylike skills. So when a deathbed promise to her parents brings her to London to seek reconciliation with her grandfather, the imperious Duke of Cluyne, she feels like a fish out of water. Her outspoken views and fiery temper tend to set off sparks in Society-especially with the rakish Conte of Como.

A devil-may-care rogue, Marco finds the alluring and mysterious Kate a tempting target for his flirtations. But when murder strikes at the duke's country house party he begins to suspect that she's hiding a dark secret. He has his own clandestine reasons for offering to help her prove her innocence . . . And so begins a journey of dangerous deception that leads from England to the glittering ballrooms of Vienna, where Marco and Kate must duel with a deadly villain . . . and their own explosive attraction.

Aubrey's Thoughts:
I was so excited to get my first book to review, To Tempt a Rake by Cara Elliott, and it did not disappoint! After a little bit of a slow start Kate's story turned into an all night read of flirtation and suspense.

Kate Woodbridge is an easy to relate to, wonderful character who's introduction to polite society is filled with mishap. The Conte of Como, Marco, is not your typical rouge. This exquisite tale brings Kate and Marco together to tempt fate with their lives. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone that loves a good Historical Romance!
